"My experience with Patricia Marple was a good one initially. She seemed to understand my insurance needs which put me at ease, and provided me with what I thought was the better price. However, it was later determined she was not upfront regarding all info when providing my quote. A service had been added after my payment had been made which I didn't request/authorize. The company charged me to have the service removed which resulted in my coverage unexpectedly increasing. Unfortunately due to this she lost a customer."
