Welcome to the Wayne Shoemaker State Farm Agent office in Prince Frederick, MD! I opened my office in 2005 with a strong desire to help others through reliable and compassionate service. I have spent decades building meaningful connections and guiding people through their insurance choices. Located in Calvert County, Md my team and I are proud to serve the entire state of Maryland. We're also licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia. We offer a wide range of services to help individuals, families, and small business owners look after what's meaningful to them, including Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance. For those renting or living in shared spaces, we offer State Farm’s Renters and Condo Insurance. We also provide Pet Insurance to help with those unexpected veterinary expenses. A bit of additional information about me: I began my journey with State Farm in 1978, after transitioning from a career in education. Inspired by the integrity of my own State Farm agent, I inquired about the opportunity to become one myself. Following a series of interviews, I was honored to be selected for the role. Before joining State Farm, I proudly served in the US Army for six years. Over the years, I have held various roles within the company, gaining experience across different facets of the organization. My dedication to excellence has been recognized through multiple honors, including qualifying for State Farm's President’s Club and Ambassador Club.
