Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Prince Frederick, MD is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team.Looking for the opportunity to own your own business someday? Become an apprentice as a Products Representative for the Wayne Shoemaker Ins & Fin Svcs Agency and we'll show you how.As a member of our agency team, you have an opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including business, auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself one day.Your salary includes a semi-monthly guaranteed base pay, plus monthly individual commissions and team bonuses.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

RequirementsComplete two pre-employment assessments about 15 mins each. 3-5 years of sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) needed
Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a teamAble to produce results
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
State insurance licensing required

Compensation $40,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
