You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including business, auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.Your salary includes a semi-monthly guaranteed base pay, plus monthly individual commissions and team bonuses.
Responsibilities
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
The majority of your time will be spent on helping to generate new small business customers.
You will be working in the field and in the office with existing and potential customers.
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.

Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) needed
Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
State insurance licensing required
Pre-interview assessments to help you determine if a career in insurance is required
Must have 1-3 years of direct sales experience with customers.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
